Very often in the downsizing process we are left with “extra stuff”.

Estate sales in the past have not brought the customer enough profit after the intensive manpower requirements to set up and run a sale. Even after an Estate Sale there needs to be a cleanout and distribution of remaining items.

We have found the best value for the customer is to divide the non needed items into several categories:

  • Distribution to family.
  • Items that have auction value
  • Items that have consignment value
  • Items for donation
  • Items for disposal

With the changing needs and requirements of the population, all of the current sources of selling “stuff” have become very “picky”. In other words: everything including charitable contributions needs to be in very good shape. Because of this, most things of value from a few years ago are worth much less now.

Collections, may or may not have value. We can help you with this assessment. Beware of free appraisers that want to offer you money on just a few items. Professional appraisers are expensive and do not buy items.

When we take items to auction or consignment, WE DO NOT TAKE PART OF THE PROCEEDS!

Our job is to help you decide what goes where and transport. The money transactions are between the store and you.
